Pappy’s Honey Garlic Asian Stir Fry
This fast, simple recipe is quickly marinated and cooked for about five minutes so you can get a healthy, delicious dinner on the table in no time at all. Serve this tasty shrimp on top of brown rice and streamed vegetables.

Ingredients
1/3 cup honey
2 teaspoons Pappy’s Seafood Spice
1 cup Pappy’s Asian Stir Fry
1 tablespoon minced garlic
1 lb medium, uncooked shrimp, peeled and deveined
2 teaspoons olive oil
Optional: chopped green onion for garnish
Instructions
Sprinkle shrimp with Pappy’s Seafood Spice set aside
Whisk the honey, garlic and Pappy’s Asian Stir Fry sauce together in a medium bowl
Place shrimp in a large zipped-top bag or covered container. Pour half of the marinade mixture on top, give it a stir, then allow shrimp to marinade in the refrigerator for 15 minutes or for up to 8 hours. Refrigerate the remaining marinade to use later.
Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium-high heat. Place shrimp in the skillet (Discard used marinade.)
Cook shrimp on one side until pink-about one minute-then flip shrimp over. Pour in remaining marinade and cook it all until shrimp is cooked through, another couple of minutes.
Serve shrimp along with the cooked marinade sauce and a garnish of green onions on top of brown rice and steamed vegetables.
